Information Summary:
Color-coated steel coils are made by applying one or more layers of liquid coating onto substrates such as hot-rolled substrates, galvanized substrates, aluminum-zinc coated substrates, cold-rolled substrates, tin-coated substrates, and stainless steel substrates, after surface pre-treatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) using a roller coating method.
Color-coated steel coil is obtained by applying one or more layers of liquid coating on substrates such as hot-rolled substrates, galvanized substrates, aluminum-zinc coated substrates, cold-rolled substrates, tin-coated substrates, and stainless steel substrates. This is done after surface pre-treatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) using a roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling. The resulting material is color-coated steel sheet, which is mainly used in fields such as building roofs, wall surfaces, steel structure factories, appliance panels, and cleanroom facilities.
